The longest tunnel

Growney's lunch is setting off into the body's longest tunnel, the small intestine. How long is it? Pull it up, hand over hand!

Taller than a door already! Keep pulling.

Taller than an elephant! And the gut has not ended yet.

As tall as a giraffe! That is how long a grown-up's small intestine is. That is why it lies coiled up in the belly.
