Blood vessels

Blood vessels are like roads for blood. Arteries carry it away from the heart, and veins bring it back.

Blood vessels run through your whole body, right to every finger.

The thinnest blood vessels are called capillaries. They are thinner than a hair, so blood cells squeeze through them one at a time.
