Journeys: Skeleton. Stop 1

Build the skeleton

The skeleton has fallen apart! Put each bone in its place.

The skull protects the brain.

The ribs protect the heart and lungs.

The pelvis holds the tummy and joins the legs to the body.

The thigh bone is the longest and strongest bone in the body.

Not here. Look at where this bone is on you.

A grown-up has 206 bones, and a baby has about 300. As you grow, some of them join together.
