Journeys: Muscles. Stop 3

Face

Your face has lots of little muscles. Touch the cheeks, the forehead and the eyes!

These muscles pull the corners of the mouth up, and you get a smile.

A muscle in the forehead lifts your eyebrows when you're surprised.

Round muscles around the eyes squeeze, and you squint.

Face muscles are fixed not only to bones but to the skin too. That's why your face can move so much.
