Journeys: Lungs. Stop 4

Air sacs

This is an air sac, with a tiny blood vessel under it. The blood has brought carbon dioxide. Drag the grey bubbles into the sac!

You'll breathe out the carbon dioxide, and meanwhile oxygen goes into the blood.

The lungs have hundreds of millions of air sacs. This is a real lung under a microscope.
